Poor Helio, please stay with us. Don't let Virgin Mobile buy you. I have really enjoyed my Helio experience. After Rick and I got it about a year ago, I talked Kevin and Chris into getting it, and all four of us really like it. With three Oceans and a Fin between us, switching over to Virgin Mobile's pathetic phones would break my heart.
As you see from the screenshot below, my contract isn't up for quite some time. I have a two year contract, which I'm completely fine with. Assuming this is a contract with Helio, NOT Virgin Mobile.
I didn't even get to see the Ocean 2... I wasn't 100% sold on getting one, but I was definitely considering it.
Hopefully this won't go through. They can pull through. However, if not, I better be able to get out my contract. I'm sure there's a way, I didn't sign up with Virgin Mobile. If not, their customer service better expect to hear from me screaming to let me out of contract. I suppose I'd consider the 3G iPhone, but it's not really what I want. Primarily because it's with AT&T.
