Mexican Chili-Cheese Ramen

After reading about my Oregon Trail Ramen experience, you may have thought to yourself, wow, what a great idea. And it is, don't get me wrong, but it has now been improved upon. I present to you: Mexican Chili-Cheese Ramen!

The recipe is pretty much the same, except you add in cheese and hot sauce. I made a few tweaks to this while making it, so my recipe is as follows:

2 packs of Ramen
1 can of chili
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Salsa

Cook and drain the ramen. I added in one of the chicken flavored flavor packs, but I don't think the taste was too noticable. Microwave your can of chili and the cheese on top. Mix the chili/cheese together with the ramen, and top with salsa.

The recipe had called for Monterey Jack, which is a good cheese, but I prefer mozzarella. It also said Taco Bell hot sauce or tabasco, but I prefer salsa.

I plan to do quite a few of these recipes, and put them here on Will and Beyond, so I should rate them all. My scale will be from 1-10, where 1 is god-awful, 5 is regular ramen, and 10 is spectacular.

Rating: 8.5/10

Godspeed.
