SciFinder on YouTube? Absurd.

SciFinder recently (well, 7 months ago) released a web version of their client. I don't think Georgetown has subscribed to it, since it's asking me for a username and password, neither of which I know. I'll ask the library someday when I remember to.

Regardless, they have a YouTube account, and have produced seven videos as of now. Videos 2-5 are normal, and just demonstrate its use. The first video, SciFinder promo, is pretty entertaining with the completely out of place video. Starting with video #6, "The Paper", we take a turn for the ridiculous, as you can see below.

Wow, what a brilliant script... If that's not bad enough for you check out "The Party". The cheesiness of it all entertains me, but wow. Want a cheesy video, but a hundred times more entertaining? Here's an excellent video from the EU:

Science videos
Full of geeky awesomeness
But they're so cheesy...

Godspeed.
